Refreshing and delightfully delectable! This Moroccan orange dessert is a definite crowd pleaser and will be the highlight of any dinner party or BBQ.

Sweet sliced navel oranges dolloped with creamy vanilla coconut yoghurt (from Perth-local CocoMe), sprinkled with sticky sliced dried fruits, toasted almonds and rich dark chocolate.

We recommend that you serve the platter garnished with fresh mint leaves if you have any. If you don't, that's also totally ok!

Here's how to prep it in a matter of minutes.

Serves 4–6 people.
Ingredients from the bundle:
  • 3–5 oranges
  • 200ml vanilla coconut yoghurt (Cocome Yoghurt, WA)
  • 100g dried organic fruit (dates or apricots)
  • 80g toasted almonds (Cape Almond, WA)
  • 100g dark mint chocolate (Bennetto Chocolate)

Ingredients, optional:

  • Fresh mint for garnish
  1. Peel and slice the oranges. Spread the slices in a single layer on a serving dish.
  2. Dollop the orange slices with vanilla coconut yoghurt.
  3. Roughly chop chocolate, almonds and dried fruits.
  4. Sprinkle oranges and yoghurt with dried fruits, almonds and chocolate. Garnish with fresh mint if you have any. Then serve and enjoy!
