Refunds

First delivery satisfaction guarantee

If you would find the Dinner Twist produce to be of poor quality and as a result you do not wish to cook it, you can request a credit of your full purchase price. The claim needs to be made within 24hours of delivery via email to customercare@dinnertwist.com.au. The delivery will be collected by Dinner Twist and a refund or credit organised within 14 days. If you have not yet paid Dinner Twist, the invoice will be cancelled. This claim can be made once only per household. The claim automatically terminates the Dinner Twist subscription and is valid for first deliveries only.

General refunds

If a product supplied by Dinner Twist is considered faulty, damaged, missing or for any reason not suitable for use the customer should notify us immediately, contact information is available on the recipe booklet and on the website. After establishing proof of purchase and that the product was damaged while handled by Dinner Twist, we will first attempt to supply a replacement product. If we cannot do so in a reasonable timeframe thus impacting the value of the service, Dinner Twist will credit the value of the product. It is the responsibility of the customer to take proper care of the product once delivered to the address provided. Please allow for proper cover or instructions to driver should you not be able to receive the delivery in person. Dinner Twist cannot be held responsible for damage to the product occurring after delivery.

Privacy

The information we collect

is that which we require to deliver you the Dinner Twist service. We store your selection of product, email, address, contact details and any comments made by you to assist the courier. We do not store information of your family size and referrer in relation to you as an individual. We store this information separately to enable us to better understand our clients and how they found us.

We store payment

information and history to make sure we can accurately invoice you for the product we have supplied. We do not yet offer credit card payments but intend not to store this information but rather have it securely collected by an online payment gateway provider.

We may share

your information with our suppliers however Dinner Twist will only do so in functions relating to your delivery, such as couriers. We do not sell or share your information with organizations unrelated to the service you have signed up for.

We do not contact you

with news and updates unless you have agreed to the emailing options on sign up. We may however need to contact you when there is an issue with delivery, payment or quality of a product we have supplied.

You are entitled

to request information on what personal information we have on file for you at any time by contacting us.

If you choose to end your subscription

we will store your personal information for three (3) months and then delete it from our records – provided there is no money owed to Dinner Twist in which case we will store until the payment is settled.
