First delivery satisfaction guaranteeIf you would find the Dinner Twist produce to be of poor quality and as a result you do not wish to cook it, you can request a credit of your full purchase price. The claim needs to be made within 24hours of delivery via email to firstname.lastname@example.org. The delivery will be collected by Dinner Twist and a refund or credit organised within 14 days. If you have not yet paid Dinner Twist, the invoice will be cancelled. This claim can be made once only per household. The claim automatically terminates the Dinner Twist subscription and is valid for first deliveries only.
General refundsIf a product supplied by Dinner Twist is considered faulty, damaged, missing or for any reason not suitable for use the customer should notify us immediately, contact information is available on the recipe booklet and on the website. After establishing proof of purchase and that the product was damaged while handled by Dinner Twist, we will first attempt to supply a replacement product. If we cannot do so in a reasonable timeframe thus impacting the value of the service, Dinner Twist will credit the value of the product. It is the responsibility of the customer to take proper care of the product once delivered to the address provided. Please allow for proper cover or instructions to driver should you not be able to receive the delivery in person. Dinner Twist cannot be held responsible for damage to the product occurring after delivery.
