If you haven't tried the black cold brew coffee concentrate from That Cold Stuff yet, you've been missing out!

It's made in WA by steeping sustainably sourced specialty coffee in cold water for up to 20 hours, creating a smooth, clean and full-bodied coffee with minimal bitterness.
It's sugar-free, dairy-free, gluten-free, and calorie-free. But don't worry, it still contains caffeine to give you that kick we know you're after!
Read on to gain some inspo on three delicious ways to enjoy this black coffee wonder drink.

Affogato-Style Ice Cream with Espresso Wafers

You only need 3 ingredients and a little patience to put together this decadent dessert.
It's creamy, full of flavour, and a perfect after-dinner treat for the table. Plus, it's super easy to customise with toppings of your liking!
Ingredients (4-6 serves):
  • 1 tub (500ml) of plant-based vanilla ice cream
  • 50ml of That Cold Stuff black cold-brew coffee concentrate
  • 1 packet of wafers (we used Ceres Organics GF espresso coconut wafer rolls)
Method:
  1. Leave the ice cream at room temperature for 10 minutes or until slightly softened.
  2. Transfer to a serving dish and drizzle over That Cold Stuff. Swirl carefully.
  3. Add lightly crushed espresso wafers, cover, and freeze until serving.

Super Speedy Iced Lattes

It doesn't get easier than this!

The minimal bitterness of That Cold Stuff makes it ideal for a homemade iced caffe latte. And better yet? It's ready in seconds!

Ingredients (1 serve):
  • 50ml of That Cold Stuff black cold-brew coffee concentrate
  • Milk or milk alternative (we used Oatly oat milk)
  • Ice cubes
Method:
  1. Place ice cubes in a glass. Pour over That Cold Stuff.
  2. Pour over milk to taste and enjoy!

Energising Iced Coffee Protein Shake

Working on those gains? Then you need to try this energy protein shake!
It's made with filling ingredients, and it's high in protein, carbs, caffeine and healthy fats so you can get energised before a workout, or recharge after one.
Ingredients (1 large serve):
  • 50ml of That Cold Stuff black cold-brew coffee concentrate
  • 1 cup (240ml) milk or milk alternative (we used Oatly oat milk)
  • 4-5 ice cubes
  • 3-5 pitted dates (to taste)
  • 1 tbsp nut butter (we used almond butter from The Almond Farmer)
  • 1 scoop of natural unsweetened protein powder
  • Optional: 1/2 tsp of unsweetened cocoa powder or a pinch of vanilla essence
Method:
  1. Place all ingredients in a blender and combine until smooth.
  2. That's it!
