From your pantry: ground cinnamon
Method:
  1. Combine porridge mix, nut milk, 1 tsp cinnamon and 1 tbsp maple syrup in a bowl. Leave in the fridge overnight to absorb.

From your pantry: salt and pepper, optional hot sauce (we recommend The Rainmaker Chili & Quandong Sauce from GH Produce)
Method:
  1. Scramble the eggs with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat a frypan over medium-high heat with oil. Pour in half the eggs and leave to cook for 1 minute.

  4. Lay spinach, ham and sliced tomato on top of egg wraps.
  5. Drizzle with a little hot sauce or sprinkle with herbs and cheese if desired.
