Using GH Produce Primal porridge mix with high-quality nutrient-dense ingredients such as Australian organic buckwheat flakes, organic activated buckwheat, Australian green banana flour and organic coconut we have come up with 3 delicious ways to enjoy your morning bowl of goodness! Chef designed and hand made in Australia and available to buy on our Marketplace now!

We have come up with some yummy porridge ideas below.

Apple Pie (serves 2)

Ingredients:
Porridge
•	1 cup GH Produce Primal Porridge Mix (you can purchase here!
•	2 cups almond milk (we used Nutty Bruce activated almond milk from our Marketplace here!)
•	½ tsp ground cinnamon

Toppings
•	1 red apple, diced
•	¼ cup toasted pecans, chopped
•	maple syrup

Method:
1.	Add porridge mix, almond milk and cinnamon to a small saucepan. 
Bring to a simmer over medium-high heat for 2-3 minutes until thickened. 
Remove to bowls. 
2.	Top porridge with even amounts of apple and pecans. 
Drizzle over maple syrup to taste and sprinkle with more cinnamon. 


Choc Banana (serves 2)

Ingredients:
Porridge
•	1 cup GH Produce Primal Porridge Mix - buy here!
•	2 cups almond milk (we used Nutty Bruce activated almond milk from our Marketplace here!)

Toppings
•	1 banana, sliced
•	2 tbsp peanut butter (we used Nuttabutta crunchy peanut butter from Marketplace here!)
•	honey
•	1-2 tbsp cacao nibs

Method:
1.	Add porridge mix and almond milk to a small saucepan. 
Bring to a simmer over medium-high heat for 2-3 minutes until thickened. 
Remove to bowls. 
2.	Top porridge with even amounts of banana. 
Add a spoonful of peanut butter and drizzle over honey to taste. 
Sprinkle with cacao nibs. 

Carrot Cake (serves 2)

Ingredients:
Porridge
•	1 cup GH Produce Primal Porridge Mix - buy here!
•	2 cups almond milk (we used Nutty Bruce activated almond milk from our Marketplace here!)
•	¼ tsp each of ground ginger, ground nutmeg and ground cinnamon
•	1/2 cup carrot, grated (leave some fresh for topping)

Toppings
•	¼ cup sultanas
•	2 tbsp pepita seeds, toasted
•	¼ cup walnuts, toasted
•	maple syrup

Method:
1.	Soak sultanas in hot water (optional)
2.	Add porridge mix, almond milk, spices and carrot to a small saucepan. 
Bring to a simmer over medium-high heat for 2-3 minutes until thickened. 
Remove to bowls. 
3.	Top porridge with even amounts of toppings. 
Drizzle over maple syrup to taste and finish with a sprinkle of ground nutmeg.
