Making your own mustard is easier than you think! This flavour packed condiment adds a punchy sweetness to marinades, perfect for your roast chicken this week. Stand overnight or for a couple of days if you want a stronger mustard flavour then sweeten to taste with honey.

2/3 cup mustard seeds
1/3 cup water
1/2 tbsp white wine vinegar
1/2 tsp tumeric 2 tbsp honey pinch of salt

1. Add mustard seeds, water and vinegar to a bowl and leave overnight

2. Add the mustard mix to a food processor and add remaining ingredients. Process until roughly chopped.

3. Loosen mix with water and transfer to serving bowl. If you want a sweeter mustard sweeten with extra honey to taste.
