- Wholemeal wraps (of choice)
- 2 bananas
- Natural peanut butter
- Crushed peanuts
- Desiccated coconut
- Fresh strawberries
1. Place wrap on cutting board and spread with peanut butter. Sprinkle with crushed peanuts.
2. Peel banana and lay on the edge of wrap. Roll banana in tortilla, tightly.
3. Slice into rounds, arrange on plate and top with a quartered strawberry.
4. Repeat steps using alternative filling (honey & desiccated coconut or fillings of choice).
