Have yourself a delicious after dinner treat in under 5 minutes! Perfect for one or whip up a batch and give your family or guests their own single serve mug of joy!

Mug cake for 1 large cup or 2 small

1 small banana

1 egg

2 tbsp almond meal

1 tbsp coconut flour

1 tsp honey

1/2 tsp baking powder

1/2 tsp vanilla paste/essence

Coconut oil or butter for greasing.

+ add an optional flavour

Blueberry, coconut + cacao or apple + cinnamon


1. Mash banana in a bowl, add egg and whisk together with a fork.

2. Grease the cup(s) and pour in mixture (about 1/2 cup full).

3. Stir in optional flavour

4. Cook in microwave on high for 1 minute 30 seconds.

Voila! You've got yourself a warm cup of deliciousness!
