Grab some yummy wraps from our very own Marketplace and whip up the most delicious dessert in minutes, read on for all the sticky details!

''Derived from coconut flesh, Jimalie coconut wraps contain all the vital nutrients of the coconut, carefully prepared with just a dash of coconut water and a sprinkle of Himalayan salt, which provides its great taste, strength, longer shelf life and texture''.

Caramel Sauce
300ml coconut milk
75g coconut sugar
1 tsp vanilla paste
pinch of salt

Coconut Wraps
6 bananas
coconut sugar
6 Jimalie coconut wraps
1 tbsp coconut oil
1/4 cup toasted walnuts (optional)

1. Add all ingredients for the caramel sauce to a small saucepan. 
Simmer over medium heat for 15 minutes until creamy and thickened. 
2. Peel and coat bananas in coconut sugar. 
3. Roll coated bananas in coconut wrap to enclose. 
4. Hea a frypan over medium heat with 1 tbsp coconut oil. 
5. Toast the wraps for 1-2 minutes turning until crispy.  Remove from pan and cut in half. 
6. To serve, drizzle with caramel sauce and top with toasted walnuts.
