Role Summary

As Logistics coordinator, you will oversee our logistic needs and collaborate with the team to ensure a great customer experience while meeting the department KPI's.

The role involves leading staff, allocating tasks, preparing required paper work as well as becoming highly sufficient in our routing tools. High attention to detail and strong organisational skills are essential, as well as excellent communication skills.

On a weekly basis you will drive improvement and report on objectives and results to the management team.

This role is either part (80%) or full time reporting to the CEO.

Who you are

  • Care as much as we do about health, our planet, community and supporting local – values we live and breathe all day, every day.
  • Previous experience in team leading management, preferably in FMCG.
  • High attention to detail
  • Well-developed organisational skills including prioritising, managing competing deadlines and demands in a busy environment
  • Effective communication skills across multiple departments and levels
  • Microsoft Office Suite and Mac OS experience, Excel experience is a plus
  • Ability to work in a fast-growing, changing environment
  • Available for Saturday work is preferred
