2. The competition is open to residents of Western Australia aged 18 years or over.
3. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating acceptance of and agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
4. The commencement date for the competition is the 1st of November 2024 at 12:01 am AWST and the closing date for entry is the 30th of November 2024 at 11:59 pm AWST. After this date, no further entries to the competition will be permitted.
5. Dinner Twist cannot accept any responsibility for entries submitted after the closing date for any reason.
6. The rules of the competition and how to enter are as follows: to qualify you must make a purchase from the Dinner Twist Marketplace, you will receive a prize of one Weber Family Q barbeque and Mondos BBQ meat pack. If there are more than The winner will be drawn at random after the closing date.
7. Dinner Twist reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition without notice in the event of anything outside of the promoter's control. A notification of any changes to the competition will be sent to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.
8. The prizes are 1 x Weber Family Q barbeque and 1x Mondo Butcher meat pack. The winner will be selected or drawn randomly, depending on the final results, after the closing date of the competition and will be notified by phone up to one week after the draw.
9. The colour of the Weber Family Q will be based on availability.
10. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, Dinner Twist reserves the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and choose a replacement winner.
11. Dinner Twist will notify the winner when and where the prize can be collected or delivered.
12. Dinner Twist will not be held liable for any product faults. Any follow-up communication regarding the product must remain between Weber BBQ Australia and the winner.
