Massive thumbs up! I removed the Wattle Seed and seasoned my steaks in sugar and salt to tenderize it. Then cooked it to my liking. Everything else I kept the same. Those wedges though … ???????????? take me back ????

The salad is a winner, and the steak was lovely before I added the wattle seeds. It was nice to try something new, but it just tasted like dirt to me. The dressing of the salad is spicy and really great. Thats a keeper.
