Loved this dish! Clean roasted vegetables, loved the nuttiness of the purple sweet potatoes. The Brie on the chicken was so delicious, and created a great sauce. The Brussel sprout salad was so tasty, and not something I would ordinarily prepare. For sure a favourite meal already!
