Get the whole family involved making these yummy pizzas! Topped with turkey, mushrooms and cheese they are sure to be a winner around the dinner table!
1. Set oven to 250°C.
Line 2 oven trays and place pizza bases on top, or alternatively cook in 2 batches.
2. Spread bases with pizza sauce and scatter over cheese.
3. Tear or slice turkey into bite-sized pieces and chop capsicum. Scatter over pizzas along with mushrooms and olives (see notes). Bake in the oven for 8 minutes.
4. Combine 1 tbsp olive oil, 1 tbsp vinegar and 1/2 tsp sugar in a large bowl. Toss in red cabbage and season with salt and pepper to taste (see notes).
5. Serve pizzas with red cabbage slaw.
Notes:
Season pizzas with dried oregano if you desire.
Massage red cabbage with dressing using your hands to help it soften quickly.
