As always, flavours were amazing and ingredients were always fresh. But, DO NOT add a whole cup of water at step one. I had to thicken the batter up with quite a lot more cornflour.

No matter what we tried we couldn't get the batter to cook without sticking. Made up some normal pancake mix and had that instead. Maybe a non stick pan is a required tool...?
