Fresh and fragrant, this kaffir lime fish stew is light and full of citrusy flavor. The broth is aromatic and soothing, with tender fish in every bite. A bright, comforting dish.

There’s some great flavours in here but the butternut pumpkin let it down. It turns to mush. Perhaps a Kent pumpkin which has a lot more flavour and holds together better would work nicely?
