A family favourite! Wholemeal spelt pizza bases topped with pizza sauce, veg of your choice, ham, pineapple and of course, cheese! Served with a fresh side salad, you’ve got yourself a crowd pleaser!

No Pork option - Ham is replaced with sliced turkey.

Gluten friendly option - pizza bases are replaced with gluten-free pizza basis.
1. Set oven to 220ºC.
Slice onion, capsicum and mushrooms. Tare or roughly chop ham. Drain pineapple and grate cheese.

2. Spread the pizza bases with 1 tbsp sauce (per pizza). Top with prepared ingredients and cheese, cook in the oven for 10 minutes (see notes).

3. Rinse and chop lettuce, slice cucumber and ribbon (or slice) carrot. Toss with 1 tbsp oil, 1/2 tbsp vinegar, salt and pepper.

4. Serve pizzas with a side of salad.

Notes:
Sprinkle pizzas with a little dried or fresh herbs of choice. Add any remaining fresh ingredients to the salad.
