A lot of pots and pans, not a lot of flavour.

Definitely not keen on this type of tofu and could have done with a crunchy element on top but it was nice enough

Powerful & delicious flavour in the soup. Silken tofu worked as it was so delicate. Needed more veg in soup for me. Didn’t enjoy the Asian green element Tiresome cutting this carrots so thin. Would’ve been nice with a crunch - packet crispy onion on top. Wasn’t filling - although we didn’t use all the noodles as it would’ve made it too dry.
