At the end of what seemed like a long prep, the taste was really good - that broth was pretty special! But too many components for a mid week meal where we are time poor. The mushrooms took ages to toast, then the pan for the veggies & a pan for the broth - 2 of us were on it and it took a long time. That being said, plenty of flavour and surprisingly filling - oh, & the 4 mushrooms were delicious.

Easy to make and very interesting ingredients but it was a bit bland

Loved this. That broth was perfect for a cooler evening meal. We opted for the switch it up option adding rice noodles and miso paste, was divine. And also opted to cook the greens in the broth to save a little time. The sesame seeds gave great texture too.
