This was ok but pretty bland and basic and needed a proper sauce

Really enjoyed this dish. We used wholegrain mustard in the coating, I also opted to roast my pumpkin over pan fry. It compromised the allocated time and took a but longer (which I was aware of), but the flavour was so much better.
