Delicious curry, chickpeas were a disaster was like cooking popcorn without a lid.

I really liked this recipe. But I could not for the life of me crisp the chickpeas. Certainly not in the timeframe indicated in the recipe. I had them on for ages and still they would not crisp. I wonder if perhaps it would be better in the oven? Overall a very tasty recipe.
