Everyone enjoyed this meal. Loved the selection for the roast vegetables & the addition of apple was delicious. I would make this again to serve with a protein of choice. A couple of tweeks I made was to drizzle the dressing over the veggies once they had finished cooking. I also had my own homemade BBQ spice rub so used this on the pork instead of the cumin.
