Nice tasting but way too carb heavy and calorie dense. Not nutrient dense enough. Would have been an easy fix by reducing the amount of noodles and upping the vegetables. The veggie patties tasted good but very high in fat. Not healthy enough of a dish.

Delicious and filling - and heaps left over for lunch the next day too (for a non Vegan option it was easy to add an egg at the end)
