Gluten-friendly option: pizza bases are replaced with gluten free pizza bases.
2. Spread each pizza base with sauce. Scatter over capsicum, turkey, oregano and mushrooms to taste. Sprinkle over crumbled feta cheese, season with salt and pepper. Place on lined oven trays and bake in oven for 8-10 minutes.
3. Chop lettuce and remaining capsicum, halve cherry tomatoes and olives. Toss in a serving bowl.
4. Combine 2 tbsp olive oil, 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar, crushed garlic, 1 tsp honey, salt and pepper to taste.
5. Serve pizzas with side salad and drizzle with vinaigrette to taste.
Season pizza with dried oregano if desired.
