Quick and easy - top our freshly baked spelt pizza bases with veggies to taste, a sprinkle of feta cheese and fresh oregano. Serve with side salad.

1. Set oven to 220°C. Slice 1/2 capsicum and turkey, chop oregano leaves.
2. Spread each pizza base with sauce. Scatter over capsicum, turkey, oregano and mushrooms to taste. Sprinkle over crumbled feta cheese, season with salt and pepper. Place on lined oven trays and bake in oven for 8-10 minutes.
3. Chop lettuce and remaining capsicum, halve cherry tomatoes and olives. Toss in a serving bowl.
4. Combine 2 tbsp olive oil, 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar, crushed garlic, 1 tsp honey, salt and pepper to taste.
5. Serve pizzas with side salad and drizzle with vinaigrette to taste.
