This was quiet a lot tastier than I thought it would be but I wasn’t keen on the texture of these mushrooms and maybe would have liked it better with hot veges instead of salad

Could have done with pickling the cucumber and having a sesame dressing on the cabbage. All a bit bland. Mushrooms were ok but added in extra soy ++
