2. Heat a large grill or frypan over medium-high heat. Rub koftas with oil and cook, turning occasionally, for 10 minutes.
3. Trim and separate lettuce leaves, slice tomatoes, cucumber and capsicum. Grate carrots and arrange it all on a platter.
4. Wrap flatbreads in foil and warm for 5 minutes in the oven.
5. Take all the ingredients to the table and serve share platter style with bread, hummus, koftas and salad ingredients.
No beef option - beef koftas are replaced with chicken tenderloins.
