Classic Hawaiian pizzas on spelt bases from local bakery “Breadcraft’. Delicious cooked in the oven or on the barbecue!
No pork option - replacement is 1 packet turkey.

1. Set oven to 220°C.
Tear ham and grate cheese. Slice mushrooms and spring onions. Dice 1/2 capsicum and cut pineapple into small pieces (use to taste).
2. Place pizza bases on a lined oven tray and spread with pizza sauce. Add parmesan cheese and prepared toppings to taste. Season with salt and pepper.
3. Bake pizzas for 6-8 minutes, or until golden brown. Alternatively cook on the barbecue.
4. Slice tomatoes, remaining capsicum and snow peas. Layer on a serving plate and drizzle with 1 tbsp olive oil and 1/2 tsp oregano.
5. Serve pizzas with salad.
