Wow! I had my doubts about how tasty this would be, but ended up really enjoying it! Nice flavours and ingredients.

The sauce was divine, but didn’t really soak into the tofu on a baking tray. Suggest a recipe edit to immerse in a small baking dish so the sauce doesn’t spread out and burn on the tray.
