2. Slice mushrooms (see notes) and thinly wedge red onion. Quarter or halve cherry tomatoes.
3. Sprinkle pizza bases with shredded ham, prepared vegetables and oregano. Use to taste and add any leftovers to the salad (step 4). Drizzle with olive oil. Bake for 6-8 minutes in the oven.
4. Slice pear and toss with rocket leaves and any leftover pizza topping ingredients. Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic dressing.
5. Serve pizzas at the table with rocket salad. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Use 2 trays or cook in 2 batches.
Any leftover pizza sauce can be stored in the fridge and added to your next bolognese!
If your kids are not fussed on mushrooms, try finely chopping them and mixing with the pizza sauce.
No pork option - shredded ham is replaced with cooked chicken.
