Our son ate fish so that's a winner in our household! I used my own spice mix on the fish (which I make in bulk but use not just for fish). The pearl couscous salad is nice & suprisingly light & refreshing given it is pasta. One thing I would say though is a whole box is not necessary, feeds way more than 4 & it took more like 10 minutes than 8 to cook.
