This one is amazing!!!! Too much rice though but otherwise it’s top notch ????

That was a fun dish. We ended up having it as 2 side dishes (fish and veg separate and no rice) to accommodate vegetarian family members. Nice and simple but with good flavours. I used chinese 8 spice instead of 5 because thats what I had in my pantry and it worked great.
