I'm so sorry but this was probably my least favourite at all. The GH produce dressing was way too oily which made the whole meal soggy and the buckwheat noodles didn't taste great and were horrible to work with as they stuck together like glue.

I actually really liked this dish but the Enoki mushrooms were gross. Luckily I only put a quarter of the pack in as I didn’t think they would be great so there wasn’t as much to pick out. It would have been great with bean shoots instead and the sauce was yummy and made them taste like takeaway noodles
