This was a nice recipe, I liked it the flavours were good. It was however, quite light on and we were somewhat hungry afterwards. Further, as a tip you may want to include the fact that bok choy, salads etc will need to be pulled apart and thoroughly washed to avoid the sandy gritty bits. We have found that any recipe that calls for bok choy to simply be cut in quarters are impossible to wash like that, so we have to pull it all apart (which then makes it difficult to grill). Thanks for all the great recipe's , keep them coming.

Easy and light. We usually do not eat a lot of meat in the evening but this portion is perfect for us.
