Packed full of flavour and the casarecce seemed to soak it up nicely. I cooked the casarecce a little longer this time and they turned out really nice. The only thing I didn’t love was the basil was a little overpowering, could have done with a touch less.

I loved this pasta. This brand of cheese and pasta is always a winner and this dish was no exception. It also served 3 which was a bonus. I did add only a little artichoke and capers and removed half the spinach as it was too much
