Disappointed with this dish. Was so excited to see prawns on the menu, but baking them this way left them tough and soggy at the same time. The dipping sauce is genius. But I really felt like the prawns weren’t honoured. Yes please to more prawn recipes - but perhaps not baking them. Gf alternative used.
