perfect sunday dinner!

This was nice, the chicken was delicious, the only downside was there was too much cabbage but it's ok, next time I will just use less. Can't fault the portion sizes at least! I don't have a stick mixer so I used my nutribullet & it worked just as well. I didn't like it with the oil, I think the dressing would be much nicer with yoghurt instead which is an option
