This is one of my fav recipes so far - the chick peas were crispy, the lentil patties were super tasty and everything was well balanced and filling - the lemon and aioli sauce ties it all together beautifully too - I had the 2 person version without the sweet pototoes - but you could always add those instead of the radishes I had in the 2 person version.
