The hemp cheese saves this dish. It’s a weird combo of veges and the Brussel sprouts dont go. Would have much preferred a rice pumpkin risotto and would love some more “normal meals

Really enjoyed this buckwheat risotto. The lemon zest made it really yummy. We added sliced mushrooms to bulk it out. All in all it worked. Loved it!
