Super easy & super tasty. Perfect for a cold night like tonight. Cauliflower mash delicious and a great alternative to potato. Plentiful portion too ????

I liked the cauliflower mash but the vegetables were a real turnoff after they were cooked. I couldn't get past the smell of the baby king oyster mushrooms and the leeks. I threw leftovers in the compost unfortunately.
