Delicious sauce was amazing.

The basil oil was exceptional, but baking fish this way left it dry and rubbery. Also unsure about the white fish/parmesan combo, The DT fish baked in parcels tend to fare better in terms of moisture retention and ability of the flesh to fall apart.
