1. The promoter is: Dinner Twist (ABN: 86 694 450 628) whose registered office is at 53 Tacoma Circuit, Canning Vale, WA 6155 in conjunction with EGP Energy Solutions Pty Ltd (ABN: 62 613 565 772) whose registered office is at 5/22 Gibberd Rd, Balcatta WA 6021.
2. The competition is open to residents of Western Australia aged 18 years or over.
3. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.
4. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her/their acceptance of and agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
5. Route to entry for the competition and details of how to enter are via www.dinnertwist.com.au.
6. One entry will be accepted per person for every box purchased through their Dinner Twist account. Multiple entries per person are accepted based on this criteria.
7. Commencement date for competition is the 1st October 2020 12:01am AWST and closing date for entry will be the 29th October 2020 at 12:01am AWST. After this date no further entries to the competition will be permitted.
8. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
9. The rules of the competition and how to enter are as follows: Purchase a Dinner Twist dinner box of any kind (Express, Family, Wholesome or Plant-Based) and you will go in the running to win the EGP Energy Solutions Solar System Package.
10. The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition without notice in the event of anything outside of the promoter's control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter. Prior written approval of the Commission will be received prior to any competition amendments being made.
11. The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.
12. The prize is as follows: EGP Energy Solutions Solar System Package will be 6.6kW and will comprise of:
    • 20 x Leapton Solar Panels
    • 1 x Fronius Inverter
13. There is a 25 Year Warranty on the solar panels and 10 Year on the inverter. Building needs to be structurally sound and is subject to a site inspection by an accredited solar installer for approval. Any meter or electrical upgrades required are at the expense of the home owner and not included in the installation by EGP Energy Solutions Pty Ltd. The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. In the case where the winner is drawn and does not want or need a residential solar system, they may nominate a secondary person to receive the prize. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
14. Winners will be chosen at random by software, from all entries received and verified by Dinner Twist by close of business on Monday 2nd November 2020.
15. The winner will be notified by email and/or phone call within 28 days of the closing date. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, Dinner Twist reserves the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
16. The promoter will notify the winner when and where the prize can be collected / is delivered. All communication after the closing of the competition draw, including bookings, meetings, follow ups and further correspondence, remains between the Winner and EGP Energy Solutions Pty Ltd.
17. Dinner Twist will not be held liable for any product faults.
18. The promoter's decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
19. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
20. The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material, as well as their entry. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current Australian data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant's prior consent.
21. Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
