Dinner Twist 10th Birthday Competition Terms & Conditions - March 2022
- Entry and other instructions contained within this promotion form part of these terms and conditions. By participating in this promotion entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
- Entry is open to residents of WA only.
- A Dinner Twist box OR Marketplace items must be purchased and delivered to go into the draw.
- The prize is as follows:
- 1 year of meals {3 meals for 2 people} to be claimed within 18 months of prize draw {prize can be adjusted to suit family needs}.
- 10 x $100 Dinner Twist vouchers to be spent on meals or Marketplace.
- Unless stated in the competition's specific terms and conditions, the competition commences on Tuesday, March 1st 12:00 am (AWST) and closes Thursday, March 31st 12:00 am (AWST). Entries must be received before the closing time.
- How to enter: to enter, have an order delivered any week in March.
- Major prize winner will be contacted by telephone. $100 Dinner Twist voucher winners will receive the prize with delivery.
- The prize/s are not transferable or redeemable for cash.
- The Promoter takes no responsibility for lost, stolen or misdirected prizes.
- Any change in the value of the prizes between the competition date and the date prizes are claimed is not the responsibility of the promoter. Where any prize is unavailable for any reason, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute that prize for a prize of equal value.
- The Promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
- The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition without notice in the event of anything outside of the promoter's control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.
