Christmas day is on its way! With a little imagination {and a rummage through the house}, we can reduce our environmental impact this Christmas, so we can get to what truly matters – eating, and spending quality time with the ones we love.
We've compiled 3 easy looks to help get you on your way to a zero-waste table setting. Each look is not only stunning but didnt use any plastic or cost us a cent.
We took 5 mins to look around our homes to source these 3 looks, so you can create a sustainable Christmas table without even leaving the house.

1. I’m dreamin’ of a white Christmas

I’m dreamin’ of a white Christmas
Classic accents of gold and white sprinkled throughout, this setting is super simple to put together with everyday items found around the home!
Linen napkins and gold cutlery add a touch of sophistication while dried flowers and pampas grass create a beautiful soft centrepiece.
We used ceramic ornaments around the table to create that extra Christmassy feel - a calm setting to create wonderful memories with family and friends.
Hint: Add pops of red for a more traditional setting {eg; a bowl of fresh cherries in the centre of the table}.

2. Have a very Aussie Christmas

Have a very Aussie Christmas
With beautiful foliage so readily available to us, create this fresh table setting, direct from your garden.
Linen napkins and gold cutlery add a touch of sophistication while dried flowers and pampas grass create a beautiful soft centrepiece.
Head to the backyard to gather your fresh greenery, place a table cloth through the centre of the table for some depth or simply place your fresh foliage into a vase to create some height and steal the show!
Hint: Give your greenery a little shake before placing on the table - we don’t want to share our yummy Christmas lunch with bugs!

3. Sprinkle some Cinnamon on top

Sprinkle some Cinnamon on top
Time to raid the pantry {we did!}
This table not only looks inviting but also smells delicious - the perfect Christmas combination.
With hints of fresh rosemary and cinnamon, sprinkle star anise, nuts and dried citrus around the table for a rustic look - don’t be afraid to layer!
Hint: Dehydrate your citrus at home with leftover fruit!
